We are looking for a Software system Engineer
We have a need within sub domain Order Management to strengthen the area of monitoring and automation, as we for example, replacing App Dynamics with Grafana for ISOM and products within our sub domain.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in
1) Extensive experience with Grafana and Ansible: Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Grafana, with experience in hosting Grafana services, including performing maintenance tasks such as applying security patches and addressing vulnerabilities.
2) Dashboard Development: Strong ability to create complex, customized dashboards using Grafana, including expertise in query languages like Prom QL, SQL, and more.
3) Integration experience: Familiarity with integrating Grafana with various data sources such as Prometheus, and integration knowledge of Open Telemetry and logging systems.
4) Automation expertise: Hands-on experience in automating infrastructure and configuration management using Python, Ansible and good to have Ansible Event Mesh, Terraform, and Git Hub Actions.
5) Cloud & Middleware Infrastructure Management: Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or any other cloud platform, with a focus on managing infrastructure as code.
6) Additionally, experience in middleware solutions like Web Logic/Web Sphere, Sterling, and Oracle Database would be a plus. (Experince working with AI is a big plus).
7) Containerization and Orchestration: Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications and orchestration at scale.
8) CI/CD Pipeline Management: Strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI.
9) Monitoring and Alerting Integration: Good knowledge of Open Telemetry and its integration with Grafana, along with experience in integrating monitoring and alerting systems with tools like Service Now and Slack.
