As a Software Engineering Lead at Beyond Tech AB, you will guide our development team in creating cutting-edge software solutions. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Job Description:
As a Software Engineering Lead at Beyond Tech AB, you will guide our development team in creating cutting-edge software solutions. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical expertise to the development team.
- Project Management: Manage the development lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet their expectations.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior developers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Technology Strategy: Contribute to the creation and execution of our long-term technology roadmap.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI technologies into products to enhance capabilities and foster innovation.
- App and Portal Development: Guide the design and development of a CRM system and operational portal for our customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java Script).
- Experience with modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
