ABOUT THE ROLE
Being a start-up, this role thrives in an ever-changing work environment with a broad set of tasks working across all levels of the organization. The tasks include but are not limited to:

• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensure timely material delivery, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and align stock levels with production schedules.
• Logistics Management: Oversee transportation and storage of materials and products, manage logistics terms and third-party providers.
• Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, and support resolution of quality issues.
• Process Improvement: Streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and ambitiously improve environmental impact.
• Customer-Centricity: Support customer inquiries related to supply chain and champion c Real’s mission for a greener world.

As a growing company the right candidate will have ample opportunity to impact and shape the role. Placement of employment is primarily in Bjuv (Factory) and secondary in Höganäs (pilot facility). Travel may occur.
ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following experience and knowledge:

• Setting up and working efficiently with third-party logistics solutions.
• Hands on insights from the food products and sourcing of agricultural raw materials.
• Food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
