Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced System Architect to join our innovative Tech Department. As a System Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust technical solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs. You’ll collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Specialists, and Developers to build systems that are scalable, secure, and efficient. With your strong Hub Spot knowledge and expertise in system architecture, you’ll help shape the future of technology at Avidly.

This role can be based in any of our European countries. We require the successful candidate to be fluent in English as this is our business language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop detailed system architectures that ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Oversee system implementation, guiding Tech Specialists and developers throughout the process
• Ensure system validation, performance optimization, and compliance with architectural standards
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously improving our architectural approaches and solutions

What You'll Bring:

• Strong expertise in Hub Spot architecture, integrations, and customisations
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable system architectures
• Proficiency with integration platforms (e.g., Make.com, Hightouch) and low-code tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and performance optimisation
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
