Who are you?

• Relevant experience, probably from a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of M365 services (Exchange, Share Point, Teams, One Drive) and administration.
• Technical knowledge with M365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Service Now, and system integrations.
• Proficient in M365 migrations, upgrades, and ITIL (focus on Incident/Problem Management, Request Fulfilment).
• Good documentation skills for technical and user-facing materials.
• Good communicator in a Nordic language and English, with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
