Red Bull Sweden is recruiting for a Team Sport Marketing Manager to be based in Stockholm.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility, brand equity, and fan engagement of the sports teams under their scope. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns that align with the business objectives. The Team Sport Marketing Manager will be the primary driver of effective stakeholder management, innovative marketing tactics, and comprehensive brand management.

MARKETING STRATEGY & PLANNING

• The role will be focusing on potential new sporting opportunities within areas and sports we are not currently exposed through.
• Negotiate team agreements and contracts, including performance expectations and goals.
• You lead the conceptualization and development of innovative marketing campaigns that capture the essence of our teams and engage fans.
• Together with our Media Network department you develop and lead strategic communications through storytelling, earned media, and influencer relations to reach and engage new consumers.
• You own and manage the budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Ensure understanding of product efficacy and communication is fundamental for each team/athlete.

ATHLETE MARKETING

• You lead the work of executing the marketing plan for the teams/athletes. Clearly communicate these plans to the wider business to ensure that all departments of Red Bull are aware of the opportunities that teams/athletes create.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to create campaigns that drive the positive perception that athletes consume Red Bull in a functional moment of need.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING

• Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives to inform future strategies and provide regular reports and insights into team performance.

DRIVE INNOVATION

• Take responsibility and ownership for creativity and ideation within the Sport team, creating new ideas, concepts, and formats that help us stand out from the crowd.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative and "sport-changing" projects that bring the athlete/team and brand personality to life. You, together with the sports team build the annual Team Sport business plans.

Kvalifikationer

Prior experience in marketing for professional sports teams, particularly in Ice Hockey, Football and other relevant playgrounds for the Swedish market.
Proven experience in Sports Marketing, including marketing for athletes and events.
In-depth knowledge of sports management and the sports industry, with a focus on team sports.
Strong influencing skills to engage a host of key stakeholders across a broad range of sports.
Collaborative attitude and strong passion for the brand.
Exceptional communication skills, including training and presentation abilities.
Ability to actively seek out new opportunities for the Red Bull brand.
Excellent budget management skills.
Strong understanding of social media and regular interaction.
Proven track record of planning and project management competencies.
Entrepreneurial spirit - autonomous, self-starter with a focus on results and consumers.
Adaptability – the ability to manage/lead multiple projects concurrently.
Fluent in English. Swedish and additional language skills are an advantage.
