We are looking for someone to join our Service Squad as a Support Technician - or what we like to call a Technical Dabbler ‍
We aren't even necessarily looking for someone who has worked in IT before - This may be your first step into the IT world - However, it's important that you have an underlying interest in technology, and specifically within infrastructure and cloud technologies.
We are looking for someone who wants to begin, and continue a career with us; at some point developing into a fully fledged technical consultant within Cloud, Modern Work or Business Intelligence.

Examples of potential tasks/responsibilities:

• Technical Dispatching: Being the first point of contact for incoming cases (either via phone or email) and providing top-notch customer service.
• Basic troubleshooting related to hardware, software and Microsoft services
• Learning on the job and from other colleagues

We believe our dabbler has:

• A background in customer services or customer care
• An interest in IT
• A positive attitude
• Sociable personality

It is a bonus if you have:

• Any theoretical or practical knowledge of IT infrastructure

We also believe that you are a person who:

• Has a passion for technology and a real interest in learning more
• Collaborates effectively with others and builds good relationships with colleagues
• Happy to be a first point of call via email or telephone
• Speaks fluent Swedish and English
• Above all, displays kindness in everything they do
