Your mission

In Tech we have two main work streams:

• Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this
  
• Virtual Assembly Line for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations
  

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Project & Delivery Manager to join the Swedish team and be part of our mission. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the 1K5° software solutions reach their maximum efficiency in the Swedish market.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to ensure an excellent user experience of the platform.
  
• Work closely with global Product Owners to enable them to tailor our applications to the Swedish Market
  
• Regularly communicate progress, updates, and product insights to stakeholders across the Swedish organization.
  
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of our work on software delivery efficiency and overall business outcomes.
  
• Be the connecting link between the Swedish team and the Product/Tech team
  
• Project Management across different workstreams and reporting for project steering and leadership updates.
  

Your profile

You have:

• 2+ years of work experience as a (Technical) Product Manager, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  
• Relevant experience in IT project management and software rollout projects
  
• Strong understanding of the Swedish energy market
  
• Drive to understand and define business processes and derive technical requirements
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics to people with no technical background
  
• Thorough understanding of business processes and relevant tools (CRM, ERP, etc)
  
• Ability to derive potential business cases from the Swedish market and to translate into our existing tech landscape
  
• Experience in quickly finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment
  
• An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player
  
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
  
• Proactive and hands-on attitude
  
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English, German is a plus
