You will work at Aquadrip AB, one of the companies in Megagroup Trade Holding. Aquadrip AB specializes in providing irrigation systems and solutions for water management. They focus on optimizing agricultural irrigation systems to sustainably increase yields while efficiently conserving water resources
As our new Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between a company's technical products or solutions and its customers.
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in selling complex technical products or services to customers, focusing on mapping customer needs that will lead to a customized solution.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and the organization regarding inquiries and invoices on current and upcoming projects.
The focus area will be to take existing products to new customers in an established market.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Sales goals: to achieve the sales goals and the goals for technical products or solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, especially those with complex technical needs.
• Technical expertise: develop and demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of the products or services offered.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline for qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Technical Support: provides technical support to customers during the sales and implementation phases.
• Product presentations and demonstrations: provide persuasive and informative presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Market Insight: understand market trends, needs and competition to develop effective sales strategies.
• Complaint handling: adequate and prompt resolution of technical complaints or problems from customers.
• Collaboration with technical teams: Work closely with technical teams and suppliers to understand and fulfill customer needs.
• Training and Development: Continuously develop technical sales skills and knowledge.
• Reporting and documentation: maintaining relevant sales and technical documentation, as well as reporting to management.

What qualifications do you need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology or comparable discipline.
• At least 5 years of work experience in water-related activities, e.g. filtration, pumping or dewatering as an engineer or in a technical sales role or similar.
• Deep knowledge of the market, preferably with a network already in place.
• Strong customer focus.
• Communication skills in Swedish and English at native or C2 level. Basic knowledge of Danish is preferred
