Thermal Solutions Intern

As a Thermal Solutions team at Ericsson, we continuously innovate on cutting-edge thermal management technology. We anticipate that the Thermal Solutions Intern will contribute mostly within the area of prototyping and testing: You will be involved in prototype thermal testing, gathering data, and analyzing results to provide actionable feedback to the team. These contributions will help ensure that our designs meet requirements.
What you will do:
- Assist in setting up experimental apparatus for thermal testing
- Perform hands-on measurements of thermal performance on prototypes
- Collaborate with team members to analyze measurement data
- Participate in review sessions
The skills you bring:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Thermal Engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in AI, ML, computer science
- Understanding fundamental principles of heat transfer and thermal design.
- Experience with laboratory equipment for thermal testing, such as thermocouples, flow measurement devices, and thermal cameras.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Ability to use software tools for data analysis (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, or Python) to interpret measurement results.
- Basic Python scripting knowledge
