• Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that support Ericsson's talent acquisition and retention goals, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Total Rewards and proactively recommend enhancements or changes to Ericsson's programs
• Working with unions to secure reward and recognition policies
• Process lead compensation programs for parts of the organization, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Track record in conducting training of different target groups for example People business partners, managers, and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and implementation of Total Rewards initiatives
• Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure Ericsson's Total Rewards offerings remain competitive and in line with industry standards with support from a global team
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Total Rewards matters to HR leadership, managers, and employees within Ericsson's Group Function
• Develop and maintain Total Rewards policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Several years of experience in Total Rewards design and administration, preferably within a global organization
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
• Used to have good relations, dialog and negotiations with Unions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within a global matrix organization
• Proven ability to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that support business objectives and foster employee engagement
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
