My name is Anna Leyonberg, and I am the Unit Facility Manager at Ingka Real Estate. I am currently looking for a colleague to join our FM team in Stockholm (Kungens Kurva, Gallerian et al.) It’s a team of five people with extensive connections to property owners, service partners, projects, and tenants.
You are in the heart of our mission for Real Estate and an ambassador for everything related to the property management. You have the opportunity to work with passion for service and support together with wonderful people in a developing environment. I can promise you challenging work and varied days!

• Experience coordinating, organizing, or leading projects.
• Experience or education (technical competence) in areas such as maintenance, construction, technology, or real estate.

• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

A DAY IN OUR LIFE!
Together with your colleagues and our subcontractors, you’ll ensure that our property can receive customers and employees in the best possible way. We think proactively and ensure that our properties meet the requirements. Together, we deliver compatible, sustainable, and innovative property solutions.
Your main tasks are:

• Maintain the property and the assets in the best shape and form with a long-term perspective to meet the needs of the business both today and for the future.
• Coordinate and document operational tasks related to internal work, as well as services performed by external providers.
• Monitor permits, licenses, certificates, and reports, and conduct checks to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as internal guidelines.
• Support procurement related to property services and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers.
• Contribute knowledge for budgeting and forecasting work alongside the Facility Manager.
