We are looking for...

....a highly motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator (50%) for our Development department.

Your tasks

Managing study related tasks to support the Clinical Operations Managers
Review and prepare study related documents and status reports
Support internal TMF related activities including training the team, if needed
Further administrative support of the Clinical Operations Managers
Follow department policies, procedures and SOPs

Your profile

Minimum 2 years as Clinical Trial Coordinator or Clinical Trial Assistant at CRO and/or pharmaceutical industry
Experience in TMF related activities
Experience in Data Processing Impact Assessment (DPIA) documentation would be an asset
Solid understanding of clinical development and knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations
Motivated and proactive team player
Well-structured and organized, always having an eye on deadlines and details
Fluent in written and spoken English, any other language would be beneficial
