As a Coffee Sustainability Social Impact Manager, you will be responsible for equipping the team with strategic insights on farmer socio-economics to comply with new regulations and help deliver positive impacts. You will guide business stakeholders in the delivery of the company's ambition for a fair regenerative transition, gender equality, a living Income for smallholders and child protection. Additionally, you will build expertise through pilot projects and consolidate insights from projects at scale. Managing expert partners and driving transformative projects will also be part of your role.



A Day in the Life of a Coffee Sustainability Social Impact Manager



  • Frame the social strategy, related goals, pathway/programs and governance/processes
  • Develop insights and guidance for strategy execution towards farmer livelihoods, child protection and gender equality
  • Design tools, indicators assets for target delivery
  • Coordinate the social strategy execution and provide visibility on the consolidated status across the regions
  • Explore new approaches, funding opportunities and deliver concrete outcome for scale up
  • Create strong collaborations with internal and external partners
  • Engage, advocate towards respect and a fair transition for smallholders


What will make you successful



  • Professional experience in project management and data intelligence
  • Previous experience in financial engineering of farm business plans and farmer relationship management would be a plus
  • Ability to simplify complex messages into actionable steps
  • Leadership skills to develop and implement structuring tools and processes for change management
  • Strong team spirit, with the ability to engage and collaborate with all team members as one cohesive unit
  • Ability to work in a multinational and multistakeholder environment, navigating diverse perspectives and interests
  • Proficiency in written and oral English, with additional language skills in French, Spanish, and Portuguese considered a plus
