We are currently, hiring on behalf of our esteemed client, a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Data Governance Expert/Data Scientist to join their team in Bern, on a 6-month contract.
Requirements:
  • Extensive background in data management and data governance, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience managing data governance implementations and delivering similar projects with excellence
  • Proficiency in implementing data governance in corporations with AG structure
  • Demonstrated experience in handling personal data governance, particularly private customer data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels, from C-level executives to IT professionals
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues effectively
Role and Competence Level:

  • Competence Level: Expert or minimum Senior according to Swiss ICT standards
  • Extensive experience in project implementation is required
Additional Considerations:
  • Operational project management responsibilities can be shared with a second person at the Professional or Senior level
  • The role falls under the ICT consultant category as per Swiss ICT standards
  • The option to assign two individuals to cover the required competencies is available
  • The role will involve approximately 70% data governance and 30% operational project management
  • Whether the project is continued with one or two individuals, it will commence simultaneously for both options
Project Details:
  • On-site presence required for 40 project days
  • Remote work flexibility for 60 project days
