Family Office (Russian-speaking family) is looking for an HRD/HR BP for a permanent Swiss contract
Responsibilities:

• HR department management
• recruitment and onboarding process
• employee training, development of professional skills, formation of a training plan for the year
• formation of a budget for personnel costs, control of costs and approved limits
• formation of the company structure and maintenance of the current structure and HR of the company, management accounting in the system
• formation of an approach to the motivation system of various categories of personnel, control of the logic and correctness of salary calculations, participation in the development of goals and objectives for the next year
• staff work schedules, control of the balance of working and weekends in accordance with the law
• HR administration

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• ability to work in various ERP systems within the framework of HR management tasks
• ability to organize work on all HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, motivation, HR records, budgeting, working with complex / conflict situations
• knowledge / understanding of labor legislation in Switzerland / France
• knowledge of English and / or French
• EU passport or permission to work in Switzerland
