Job Description
- Professional and timely execution of tests of packaging materials and filling goods (quick test, standard, shelf life and special tests, specification tests, etc.), which are necessary to answer specific questions.
- Responsible for compliance with HSE regulations to the Packaging Test Lab.
- GLP Test Manager: carrying out work that is subject to GLP regulations in strict compliance with the corresponding work instructions (SOP).
- Assessment of packaging / filling material according to defined guidelines. In the event of unforeseen results, inform the supervisor immediately and, in the case of GLP studies, inform the Study Director without delay.
- Issuing orders for analyses.
- Support the development of new and improvement of existing test methods.
- Collaboration in the improvement of existing packaging and new developments.
- Procurement and warehousing of packaging material, filling goods and consumables.
- Ensuring the operational readiness of assigned instruments and documentation of check and repair work.
- Responsible for HSE-compliant storage, testing and waste management of all materials (such as active substances, formulations, intermediates, etc.)
Qualifications
- 3-year laboratory technician apprenticeship or equivalent training. Additional relevant experience in the workplace.
- GLP training according to requirements from Analytics and PCF
- Proficiency in German and English at B1 level or higher
- Ability to actively participate and communicate effectively in team meetings with engineers
- Innovative mindset and open to new ideas and approaches
- Proactive and self-motivated, bringing own initiatives to the table
