• Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and sending of documents (such as legal documents for court submissions, letters, e-mails, presentations, and spreadsheets)
• Assisting fee earners on file opening and on onboarding procedures
• Finance related tasks (invoice handling, expenses)
• Diary management for partners including organisation and coordination of appointments
• Making travel and hotel arrangements
• Looking after our clients at reception and on the telephone
• Various other administrative tasks related to the position

• be a native German speaker and fluent in English and ideally French
• have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in a law firm or a legal department.
• be motivated, reliable, and resilient
• have very good computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• be confident to work autonomously and as part of a team
• have a strong attention to detail
• be well organised and able to manage deadlines
• have good interpersonal skills
