Power Platform Solution Architect and Project Manager

Job Description
- Translate business requirement into solution design and architecture.
- Support the development of Power Apps (model driven and canvas) as well as automation of business processes using Power Automate & MS Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Azure logic apps and Azure functions for Sika internal customers.
- Deployment, configuration and/or Installation of MS power platform solutions and related components (Data Gateway, Dataverse, etc.).
- Power BI development and support knowledge.
- Use software development tools like Azure Dev Ops for application development management and deployment.
- Support the replacement of applications from other platforms with the MS Power Platform applications.
- Take responsibility of the architecture, configuration, administration, and function to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
- Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, Power Platform and Share Point can be leveraged to facilitate process improvements.
- Work with the Sika team in Madrid to support various projects and solutions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Collaborate with external developer for application development, deployment, and enhancement.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience (3 years+) in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS Power Apps (canvas, model driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent and Sharepoint Online.
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem, Azure AD, Power FX and Powershell.
- 5+ years of business requirement analysis and support experience.
- 5+ years of solution architect experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- 5+ years of project management in application development
- 3+ years of hand-on experience in solution customization and integration
- 1+ years of experience as MS Power Platform Administrator would be a plus.
- Strong architeching a solution, Power Apps UX design, development, testing and implementation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in English language is a must, additional languages (Spanish, German is a plus).
- Good self-organizational skills, work independently and in a team.
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant and Solution Architect.
