I’m looking for a psychotherapist that speaks German to join a professional team in a state-of-the-art Luxury hospital setting. With clients suffering with symptoms specifically to mental health. You will play a pivotal role in the core team working in collaboration with their interdisciplinary international team to deliver an exceptional approach in specialist treatment ranging from bipolar, PTSD and Anorexia to name a few. You will be responsible for the care of their clients and their recovery along with a international team hand selected from across the world. The salary is open to your requirements so please don’t take the salary as what it is it could be so much more for the right person something we will discuss if you are successful and come through to the next stage.
Your Responsibilities

• Planning and Implementing Psychotherapeutic Treatment in consultation with the psychiatric team
• Performing Neuropsychological/Cognitive Assessments
• Writing Reports on sessions for the medical and psychological staff
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration with all teams

• Keeping Up to Date with Evidence-based Methods
• Completed psychotherapy training with at least five years of clinical experience, accredited to practice in Switzerland. Experience with Ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) is considered an asset
• Empathy for individuals in challenging circumstances and a strong understanding of diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrate self-discipline and work ethic, with a commitment to absolute confidentiality. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential
• Proficiency in both oral and written German and English is required, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, round-the-clock environment, coupled with an entrepreneurial work ethic that seeks opportunities amidst challenges
• A proactive team player, eager to enhance innovative care services through client feedback and cross-team collaboration
• Must-haves: a Swiss driving license and eligible to work in Switzerland
