Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in electrical engineering, with a strong emphasis on innovation, problem-solving, and leadership in complex Pharma projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems and components for various projects.
Project Management: Oversee electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical engineering activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex electrical issues, applying innovative solutions to meet project needs.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and project updates for stakeholders.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction with engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Skills:
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Auto CAD, MATLAB, ETAP).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and power distribution.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
