That's the job. Main tasks at Eraneos
  • As an expert in Pharma & Med Tech, you will support our customers in business-related IT (e.g. R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Sales & Marketing or Quality Management) in the context of digital transformation.
  • You advise our customers in the definition of the digital transformation strategy and at the same time take over the project management of implementation projects and industry-specific system implementations. In doing so, you act at the interface between business and IT.
  • You take an active role in the development of our customer portfolio in the Pharma & Med Tech industries. Furthermore, you support the design of the industry-specific service portfolio according to the requirements and current trends around the topic of digital transformation in these industries.
This job is for you, if
  • You have a university degree in IT or in a scientific discipline.
  • You have several years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or Med Tech industries and business-related IT and understand the industry-specific requirements and trends.
  • You have a solid customer network and proven experience in business development and customer account development.
  • You enjoy developing customer specific solutions and concepts and want to actively contribute to the development of the Pharma and Med Tech industry at Eraneos.
  • You have experience in leadership and professional development of employees.
  • You have several years of experience in business-related IT and know the industry-specific and common IT systems and business processes such as Clinical Trial Systems, Laboratory Information Management System, Regulatory Information Management System, Production, Quality Management Systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • You have deep knowledge and experience in digital transformation in Pharma and/or Med Tech and have already defined strategies and led implementation projects in this environment.
  • You are familiar with agile as well as classic project management methods and, advantageously, you have appropriate certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe or similar.
  • You communicate appropriately at various levels with members of the management, executives, technical representatives and IT team members.
