Your Mission:
- As a Senior MSAT Expert, you will play a crucial role in advancing injectable therapies by leading the transfer, optimization, and validation of drug product processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical and strategic leadership in implementing and optimizing sterile manufacturing processes in collaboration with customer project teams.
- Supporting product and process qualification and validation to ensure compliance with GMP and customer requirements.
- Developing and standardizing MSAT procedures and processes.
- Leading technical investigations for process deviations, product impact assessments, and change control processes.
- Engaging in technology assessments, scale-ups, and greenfield projects.
- Driving process improvement initiatives for continuous innovation.
- A Master’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, biotechnology).
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing, process transfer, and optimization.
- A passion for innovation and a track record of driving process improvements.
- Fluency in English, with German as a plus.

Pay: CHF120’000.00 - CHF160’000.00 per year
