We are recruiting a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst based in Tolochenaz, Switzerland, committed to our Manufacturing Operations site (SMO).

• Manage Production Work Orders Creation & Monitoring the progress of the Manufacturing to ensure execution per expected lead time.
• Analyse data, identify inefficient SC processes to streamlines and improve efficiency
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
• Measure Supply Chain performance & identify root cause, action plan to recover
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, procurement and logistics departments to enhance service delivery
• Drive Master Data Excellence culture
• Drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes & procedures

• Experience in a large company / multinational
• At least 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Supply Chain Environment
• Bachelor’s degree required as a minimum supply chain or engineering
• Must be able to balance multiple priorities within the short-term operational horizon & demonstrate agility to also have global picture
• Flexibility, adaptability, ability to work within a matrix organization (supporting both Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing Sites)
• Experience in changing environment
• Customer Oriented
• Proven ability to work under stress
• Fluent in French & English (written & spoken)
