Fusion Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Vistex Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Vistex. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Vistex customization, particularly in the areas of Deals, Rebates, Master Agreements, and Pricing. The consultant will play a key role in driving meetings, workshops, and ensuring effective communication within the project teams. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working on global projects is preferred.

What you will be doing:

• Vistex Customization: Lead the customization of Vistex solutions, focusing on Deals, Rebates, Master Agreements, and Pricing modules.
• Process Knowledge: Apply extensive process knowledge to optimize and implement Vistex solutions within the SAP framework.
• Workshops & Meetings: Organize, drive, and lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Global Project Management: Contribute to global project implementations, ensuring compliance with best practices and successful project delivery.
• Pharma Industry Focus: Leverage prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry to tailor Vistex solutions to meet specific industry needs.

What we are looking for:

• SAP Experience: 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on Vistex for at least 5 years.
• Vistex Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Vistex customization, particularly in Deals, Rebates, Master Agreements, and Pricing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and meetings effectively.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and involvement in global projects is preferred.
• Travel: Ability to travel to Basel, Switzerland, on a monthly basis for 3-4 days.
