Job Description:
The Role:
-
Entegris is looking for a talented Account Manager in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales annual revenue target, gaining market share position, collecting competitive information and product promotion. This is also carried out in alignment with the strategic goals at the assigned key accounts through executing the BU strategies as well as sales strategies.
In this role you will:

Understands BU and field operations goals, develops strategies to achieve set sales objectives with direct support from sales manager/director.

Works closely with global and regional support teams such as technical team, product line, logistics, quality, finance, etc. to ensure seamless sales service to assigned accounts.

Participates in weekly meetings, and all necessary alignment meetings.
-
Weekly update sales activities.
-
Quarterly submits forecast.
-
Monthly sales review meeting.
-
Inter-functional meetings as necessary.
-
Create customer’s opportunities, assign tasks and information on OMS, regular maintenance or updates.
-
Exercise Miller Heiman sales skill in all commercial activities.

Drive effective pricing strategy and manage contract and price negotiations process at assigned key accounts.

Establish customer relationships with the assigned key accounts by maintaining customer organization chart, visiting of Entegris ELT level to promote partnerships, and ensures Entegris is supporting customer’s long-term business strategy.

Effectively utilize the support of technical and field applications engineers for sales activities.

Collaborate with Entegris worldwide service organization to offer best solutions beyond components and to become a preferred partner to the customer.

Strong semiconductor and related technology industry knowledge.

Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships with the end user and/or management level at assigned key customers.

Ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers and employees (e.g. business units or operations).

Ability to work independently and on teams while demonstrating to achieve common goals and objectives.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with multi-cultural audience internally and externally.
Education/Experience:
-
Minimum BS/BA degree with related working experience
-
Strong English skills, both spoken and written;
-
Good computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office;
-
Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales/engineer experience in semiconductor related industry.
-
Field-related work experience; engineering or buyer experience desired.
-
Good communication and coordination skill.
