Analyst - Claims Service
We will count on you to:
- Our Employee Benefits and Health department is recruiting claims specialists to assist corporate clients' employees with various aspects of insurance claims, including understanding coverage, eligibility for claims, preparing application documents, responding to inquiries, interpreting claim details, and handling disputed cases.
- The role also involves providing advice to clients in the best interests of policyholders and insured individuals, in line with the spirit of an insurance broker.
What you need to have:
- Interpreting insurance policy terms, especially for life insurance, accident insurance, medical insurance, and travel insurance.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations, such as model clauses and relevant provisions for claims operations.
- Empathy and the ability to understand the challenges faced by insured individuals and provide assistance.
- Understanding the strategies of policyholders in the area of employee benefits.
- Strong communication skills to engage in discussions and adapt working methods with colleagues from different departments within the company.
- Proficiency in English language, as many of the clients served are foreign companies, and there may be a need to assist native English speakers in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
