日常工作內容：
1. 電梯售後服務年度保養合約換約洽談。
2. 應收款項核銷。
3. 保固到期換約處理。
4. 公家單位招標辦理。
5. 維修業務洽商。
6. 主管交付事項。
成功所需的條件(根據當地法規進行調整)

您具有商業或技術學士學位，或已完成技術人員或業務管理員的培訓 -
您擁有基本銷售經驗 (需要諮詢的技術產品)

您具有強烈的客戶和服務導向，包括出色的人際交往能力

您的特點是能履行承諾和高可靠性，並有動力交付成果

您專注於目標，能夠在要求嚴格、複雜的組織中按步調工作
