We're seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Global Client management team. This role is located in Taiwan, Hybrid role.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Global Client management team. This role is located in Taiwan, Hybrid role.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Independently completes the full range of advanced administrative activities in support of an executive heading the branch office. Primarily provides support in completing activities that are frequently diverse, highly complex in nature and may include but are not limited to, calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, word processing, data entry.
- Effectively prioritizes the needs of the executive as prescribed by established guidelines, managing competing requests and switching focus as needed; often must negotiate prioritization of administrative activities with/among higher level team members/managers.
- Displays ability to appropriately interact with leaders inside and outside the organization during significant, frequent interactions. A commensurately high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality are therefore essential along with the ability to modify communication style to suit the audience.
- Operates effectively with extensive time management and work method/approach latitude.
- Responsible for daily interaction and management of communication with the assigned executive's direct reports. Interactions are frequently at the leadership level.
- Appropriately and effectively addresses issues of the highest complexity escalated to the assigned executive's office.
- May participate in ad-hoc special projects or administrative initiatives.
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
