Job Description
Channel Marketing Support
Catman
Make regular store visits accordingly to the agreed store list given by Western Digital
Ensure retailers owners, sales staff, promoters, customers are well informed on Western Digital product knowledge and to increase channel mindshare
Compilation and Reporting:
Ensure all merchandising activities and store front are documented on a weekly/monthly basis with the template/format advised by Company.

Job Description
Channel Marketing Support
- Support the Company sales organization by implementing marketing programs & activities that will help achieve sales targets, volume, and market share as shall be communicated by Company.
- Assist with the execution and coordination of all approved channel marketing programs in Taiwan, across all Western Digital products, both B2C and B2B
- Create market pull for Western Digital products both in general and for specific products.
- Assist in planning & execution of bundles and joint marketing activities with other manufacturers to create value added programs.
- Manage creation and placement of channel advertising when needed.
- Keep current with market conditions and competitive environment.
- Complete special projects, reports, results, & analysis as needed during the term.
- Provide program measurement, trends and analyze ROI on all marketing events/activities.
- Manage other agencies and execute marketing programs and events/tradeshows.
- Ensure consistent Western Digital branding and messaging through the various touch-points
- Work with cross functional teams such as sales, product marketing, marcom, business operations, PR and Digital marketing as necessary
- Ensure all reports are submitted in timely manner
Catman
Make regular store visits accordingly to the agreed store list given by Western Digital
- Focus on product displays in the stores and ensuring they are consistent with WD and San Disk branding and presented neatly, visible and eye-catching
- Ensure all POSM are fully deployed to the stores
- Increase opportunities for cross-merchandising especially in mega stores, laptop resellers, tablets resellers, photo/camera resellers and smartphone resellers
- Ensure and record the whole range of WD and San Disk products sold in the stores including the SKU and retail price when possible
- Identify stores with potential incremental sales (e.g. only carry 1 sku and has opportunity to sell bigger range of products)
- Update and inform of any competitors program and activities in stores
Ensure retailers owners, sales staff, promoters, customers are well informed on Western Digital product knowledge and to increase channel mindshare
- Visit and conduct regular training to all the stores staff (as needed/at least one training per store per month)
- Regularly inform and update resellers on latest marketing & sales programs/promotion
- Ad hoc product training for part time promoters to support events

Ensure all merchandising activities and store front are documented on a weekly/monthly basis with the template/format advised by Company.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or 3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand or channel marketing, project management or merchandising.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills managing both traditional and digital-based marketing tools.
- Ability to work with complex projects, collaborate with other departments, with attention to detail.
- Background in both B2C and B2B (channel) marketing, a plus
- Experience with Project Management and Marketing Production
- Creative & Strategic mindset that works well in fast-paced cross-functional team environments.
- Strong data analytic skills using forecasting, competitive analysis, and sales data to develop effective marketing
