- Oversee day to day business operations
- Set objectives for staff to grow
- Execute HQ/ARO projects/instructions
- Prepare regular reports to HQ/ARO
- Ensure staff to work productively and professionally
- Offer solutions to any issues internally and externally
- Initiate strategies in revenue growing and cost saving
- Host weekly/monthly executive meetings
- Do joint calls with SLS on VIP a/cs
- Direct M1 managers + young hopeful to grow
- Lead M1 to develop new business opportunities
- Keep the lifting/budget on the right track
- Participate in Taipei/Taiwan Shipping Agencies Association, a bridge with our competent authorities
