• Develop and implement the overall financial strategy for the group, supporting business growth in international markets.
• Participate in financial decision-making processes, lead financial planning analysis and risk assessments, and assist management in decision-making.
• Contribute to fundraising and investment strategies, ensuring the company has sufficient resources to support growth.

• Oversee financial operations in different regions, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and achieving the group’s financial goals.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with local and international accounting standards and reflects the company’s operational results.
• Optimize financial management systems and processes to enhance capital efficiency.
• Coordinate capital operation plans, ensuring proper allocation and security.
• Maintain good relationships with financial institutions and assist in financing and investment matters.
• Develop tax planning strategies to minimize risks and tax costs.

• Work closely with operations and business teams, providing data-driven financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.
• Manage the external audit process and maintain communication with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure audit compliance.
• Manage and coordinate with the external financial consultant for developing the proper business solutions for decision making.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. CPA or CFA certification is preferred.

• Qualified as a financial supervisor for multi-national companies.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial accounting or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Proven experience in multinational management is a plus.
• Experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms (3+ years) is a plus.
• Experience in multinational, startup, or technology companies is a plus.

• Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Deep understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets, with strong financial acumen.
• Familiarity with domestic and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax policies.
• Expertise in capital management, risk control, and financial analysis, with strong budgeting and reporting skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, able to operate flexibly in a fast-paced environment and support operational decision-making.
• Strong in communication and coordination.
