Purpose of Role

Create wow moments for guests by attending to their needs and performing W’s Whatever/Whenever service promise during all interactions.
Responsibly Description
- Provide a welcome experience to guest for every visit, by providing W’s Whatever/Whenever service and assisting with any request.
- Be fully able to order and provide FIT beverages to guests upon request.
- Accurately post charges to guest accounts and / or take cash / credit card for purchases. Keep an accurate record of all postings.
- Keep sufficient amount of merchandise at all times and ensure that all is accounted for accurately.
- Keep the facilities are clean and tidy at all times with ample supplies of amenities.
- Ensure the facilities are only accessed by hotel guests and FIT members.

- 為每一個光臨健身中心的顧客提供隨時/隨需的服務，協助完成他們的需求。
- 協助客人點餐及製作飲品。
- 正確入賬至顧客的帳戶、收取現金或信用卡。確保所有的入賬記錄準確。
- 確保健身中心的商品存貨充足以及正確的登記所有購買紀錄。
- 隨時保持所有設施乾淨整潔且備品充裕。
- 確保所有設施只提供給房客及健身中心會員使用。
