• Develop and execute ETF strategy including assessing market demand, product placement, and distribution opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ETFs to institutional and retail clients in Taiwan
• Work closely with business development team to produce product plan and supporting content
• Work closely with AB Taiwan institutional and retail sales team to build client base, attend client meetings and events
• Act as ETF subject matter expert for AB Taiwan in areas of product structure, industry trends, competitors, and product methodology
• Provide training, visits, and seminars to serve securities companies to enhance the product awareness and promotion of our ETFs
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with relevant information and insights
• Interface with Press, regulators etc. to represent the firm on our efforts in ETFs in Taiwan
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry developments

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Demonstrated track record of ETF business plan development and business building success
• Proven experience of engaging with clients and media to promote ETF investments
• Possess SITE/SICE relevant license
• Strong knowledge of ETFs and the financial markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze opportunities/issues and to recommend business solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
• Minimum 10 years experience in ETFs

• Familiar with SITE/SICE regulations and asset management industry general compliance
• Familiar with investment market and products
• Deep understanding of ETF business strategy and extensive experience of promoting through brokerage relationships
• Entrepreneurial- willing to help build the AB ETF business
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management
• Existing relationships in ETF industry
