What we are looking for
Work Location: Taipei TPEHQ / Taoyuan TPERT
As a member of North Pacific (NPAC) HSE Team, you will be responsible for HSE and DG related matters in Taiwan Markets, including but not limited to implementation of HSE Management System, conducting HSE & DG trainings and audits, facilitate risk assessment as well as advising on related issues. You will also partner with Operations and other functional teams from frontline to management level locally and collaborate within NPAC team through different meetings/networking for Sub-regional/Regional initiatives.

- HSE & DG training and audit
- Incident management
- Facilitation of risk assessment
- Provision of technical expertise
- Reporting of HSE & DG performance
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- At least 5 years’ related experiences in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Dangerous Goods (DG) roles; with experiences in logistics operation is a plus
- Sound and demonstrable knowledge and practical skills in HSE and DG transportation on both domestic and international basis
- Sound understanding of local HSE & DG regulations
- Proven records or accreditation of implementation of HSE management system and auditing
- Regulatory certification in Occupational Safety & Health Professional is required and other recognized certification in HSE & DG will be a plus, e.g. Certified Safety Practitioner (CSP), and IATA – CBTA for DG Instructors & Instructional Designers.
- Customer oriented, adaptability, team working
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate in various HSE/DG and operational networks
- Willing to travel to multiple locations mainly within Taiwan
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Science & Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related subjects
- Fluency in written and spoken English
