Position: IC Design Engineer - ESD
Location: Taiwan

工作內容:

• 負責晶片產品的 ESD 設計、測試晶片的 IP 設計和 ESD 版圖設計監督工作;

• 負責晶片 ESD 和 TLP 測試、產品調試及產品 ESD 失效性能分析;

• 記錄 ESD 測試計劃、設計規則和電性報告;

• 建立 ESD IP 資料庫和技術基準比對。
  

職位要求：

• 大學以上電子電機科系畢業;

• 4年以上 ESD晶片 IO設計經驗;

• 熟悉半導體電路元件、具晶圓製程經驗者更佳。
