JR66593 MTB PFA TECHNICIAN

• As Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) Technician for Micron Taiwan (MTB), you will be responsible for providing full failure analysis support for HBM products, qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction, and general test failures. You will become the subject matter expert on physical failure analysis methods for any given electrical failure. As the FA Technician you will be responsible for understanding all relevant analysis methods to identify the visible defects which is related to assembly and test processes as well as quick and responsive analysis and feedback of PFA results to Product, Process Integration, Assembly, MRB…etc.
• Provide trainings to operators if needed.
• Manage lab tools including vendor mgmt., PM, calibration, repair…etc. if needed.
• This position requires night shift.
