- Assist on RMG seniors’ daily schedule, customer visit, business trip arrangement.
- Daily JCIC official document execution and dispatch to contact windows
- Responsible for JCIC regular and non-regular reports and inspections.
- Work as a coordinator for IBG Credit and other functions with good time-arrangement and has multitasking abilities.
- Arrange internal & external meetings.
- As BCM for IBG Credit team and in charge of Call Tree, IT Drill, Fire Drill and BCP Exercise
- Update RMG org chart on monthly basis.
- Support on administrative affairs for department events & activities.
- Act as fire warden for IBG Credit.
- Process department payment, including newspapers, magazines, and etc.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Team player with good communication & organizational skills.
- Fluent English capability and able to present information in a clear and concise manner.
