1. Under guidance of senior personnel, prepare hybridoma culture related material and buffer
2. Perform cell fusion
3. Maintain myeloma cell line
4. Establish monoclonal hybridoma cell line by limiting dilution
5. Hybridoma cell culture maintenance, expansion, m IL-6 weaning and cryopreservation
6. Related database update and record
7. Characterize hybridoma culture monoclonality by CSI image system. To record, track and select monoclonal culture
8. Analyze and summarize data with high attention to detail in accordance with SOPs. Complete all documentation, batch records, experimental data, Clarity and BLT File Maker.
9. Lab database organization and maintenance
10. Collaborate with other product development research associates and scientists to provide project updates, to establish project timelines and to assist completion of product development documentation
11. Other projects or responsibilities as assigned
