工作內容
- Communicate effectively with the local Mandarin speaking team in Taiwan and the English speaking team distributed across the world.
- Define the basic business processes and best practices to ensure operational efficiency for the new product we are building.
- Manage stakeholders from the executive level to the individual contributor level, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on product strategy and objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives, with a focus on e-commerce and strong operational focus
- Run product development cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that product features are aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify areas for product improvement in the e-commerce space.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to create go-to-market plans and launch strategies.
- Monitor product performance metrics and use data insights to make informed decisions about product development and future direction.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing demands.
條件要求
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce space.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders from the executive level to the individual contributor level.
- Strong e-commerce background, with experience in product development and management.
- Strong operational focus, with experience in defining and improving business processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong work ethic and determination to push things forward even in the face of obstacles.

- Proven experience in product management with a track record of taking products from concept to launch.
- Experience in market research, user experience design, and product development.
- Strong understanding of the startup environment and early-stage product development.
