Sales Administration Specialist

DIVISION FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for sales administration and commercial excellence system maintenance of EPD, in carrying out all job-related activities, the department and its personnel must in compliance with regulations, environment laws, internal and TFDA regulatory requirement, financial rules and practice, Code of Business Conduct, and local law and company regulations as stipulated in Abbott Taiwan Employee Manual.
To make the EPD sales business and profitability growth with ethical manner and comply with local law and Abbott Policy.
Make Sure the related Sales & Commercial stuff proceed smoothly.
POSITION PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provide administrative assistance in the areas of commercial excellence systems (ARISE, SUMTOTAL and Power BI), SAP system, Pricing, Sales team related activities and internal/external events.
To provide administrative assistance and clerical services in the area of sales and commercial team to ensure effective and efficient operation, and to provide administrative assistance to Country managers, National Sales Manager & Commercial Excellence Manager through the completion of assigned duties.

- CRM system with contain update- Arise/Qlik view system management. (S&T, customer management, fix and solve users' feedback for ARISE system issue, as contact window for CRM system)

2. Speaker Slide applied in Spectra system & PAF
2. Contact window between Sales team and accounting.

Sales Report
Sales Meeting Facilitator

A. Commercial Excellence Systems
Power BI System
- System maintenance: Territory mapping, User Hierarchy, Product master, account master, Target upload
- Quarterly target setting file preparation.
ARISE system
- CRM system with contain update- Arise/Qlik view system management. (S&T, customer management, fix and solve users' feedback for ARISE system issue, as contact window for CRM system)
- CLM and RTE content configuration and upload to ARISE system
- SF KPI tracking for S&OP slide
- Training Arise system operation
- Updated the target HCPs list every half year or by case
- Contact vender support team to solve CLM display issue.
Sumtotal System
- System maintenance: User, Acceleration Program, Benchmark, PKT, Pre-reading, ILT
- Report generation & Progress follow up: Acceleration progress and PKT result update.
B. Sales Admin
Price Management Support
- Price Quotation, Price Negotiation, Price setup support to sales rep related to Price proposal and PCF process
- Price difference due to NHI price cut, price negotiation, inventory, bundle selling.
GM/NSM/CE Support
- Cycle meeting
- Administration work
- TW EPD Contact with APAC assistant and TW HR
- New sales rep orientation and cross-functional orientation arrangement.
Sales team Support
- CME Event
2. Speaker Slide applied in Spectra system & PAF
- Sales expense consultation
2. Contact window between Sales team and accounting.
SAP system
- To market order & return, key in PO, rebate, issue Invoice
Sales Report
- ZP report mapping table update
- Daily sales report to managers
Sales Meeting Facilitator
- Weekly sales review meeting
- Monthly commercial meeting (forecast and landing, top accounts review data consolidation)
Employee Welfare
- Contact window of employee purchase (if applicable)
Company Device
- CHC and IPad/IPhone device management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company to support sales-related operations and other business objectives.
- Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and Affiliate Safety Representative respectively.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION:
- College or above graduated.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in secretarial positions.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent writing and speaking ability in Mandarin.
- English proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
- Demonstrate good problem solving and event organizing capability.
- Proactive and enthusiastic to support the business.
