About Rebound Electronics: Welcome to Rebound Electronics, one of the world's largest independent distributors of electronic components. Our global presence and industry-leading expertise enable us to provide high-quality solutions and top-notch service to our customers. As part of our ambitious expansion strategy across Asia, we are currently seeking talented and motivated Sales Managers with experience in the semiconductor industry to set up our team in Taipei.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintain and develop a profitable customer portfolio through appropriate propositions and ethical sales method.
· Gain a clear understanding of customer’s business requirements.
· Generate, respond to and follow-up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
· Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
· Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.
· Attend and present at customer meetings, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
· Identify and report market and customer trends.
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
· Observe competitor activity and gather intelligence.
· Liaise with global business units to maximize overall Company sales opportunities.
· Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
· Maintain and updated customer database.
· Conduct and report account planning strategies when required.
· Attend industry functions when required.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour.
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
