THE POSITION: Sales Operations Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team and play a vital role in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Sales Performance Lead, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to empower our sales team and maximize their success.

THE POSITION: Sales Operations Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team and play a vital role in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Sales Performance Lead, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to empower our sales team and maximize their success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist our sales team to onboard new partners, packages, and merchants.
- Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations support and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives.
- Identify and eliminate friction points in the sales process and provide feasible suggestions for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales documentation
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
- Proficient in Office software (Excel), document processing and is equipped with data management skills
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good English communication skills
