You will be working in the Wealth Management Technology Taiwan crew. We power the world's leading wealth manager with technology that makes a difference for our clients and colleagues in Asia Pacific (APAC). Your team will be based in Pune, India and will partner with a wider team based across locations in APAC (Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan).

Your expertise
As a requirements engineer you should have at least 7 years of relevant experience and offer :

We're looking for a Requirements Engineer in the Wealth Management Technology Taiwan space to
- deeply understand the needs of our stakeholders and translate them into a software requirement backlog to deliver sustainable solutions for our clients
- provide engineering and analytical expertise to support pre-inceptions and evaluate solutions together with the product owner, stakeholders and peers
- identify and align with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- collaborate with cross-functional scrum teams on iterative deliverables to meet the business goals within an agile software delivery framework
- structure and document requirements, incl. user stories and acceptance criteria's, in an easy to understand and effective manner and with the use of UML models
- track requirements during the product development cycle and ensure their transparency towards all relevant stakeholders
- manage sufficient product documentation and manuals for internal stakeholders
- co-develop a clear product vision and strategy with the product owner, covering the full product lifecycle (including decommissioning, version and infrastructure upgrades)
- engage with colleagues at all levels with the aim to drive new products and product changes proactively and continuously as well as identifying opportunities to improve our processes
- support front and business operations for a successful implementation (e.g. conducting trainings, providing product support etc.)
- ensures the quality of the product from a functional, as well as from a non-functional requirements (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability) and cost efficiency perspective
- participating in testing and validation activities to ensure that the system meets the requirements
- be accountable for the IT software product changes throughout the entire software lifecycle (including L3 support)
- be a part of a high-performing team
- master state-of-the-art technologies
- work across full delivery cycle to ensure high quality delivery

Your expertise
As a requirements engineer you should have at least 7 years of relevant experience and offer :
- experience as a technical business analyst with the ability to articulate ideas, business processes and solutions to a wide audience in a non-technical manner and coordinate/manage stakeholders Financial sector experience a must
- process flow analysis skills and use case modelling from an end-to-end perspective including UML models such as business concept diagrams, state diagrams etc.
- business requirements grooming and translating them into suitable, cost-effective IT products for implementation
- experience working in a demanding, globally distributed teams-based environment and ability to work independently
- experience in agile working practices with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- transparent and clear communication/coordination skills
- vetting of business change requests and assessing proposed solutions with the dev teams, so that effort estimation can be provided
- experienced in data analysis (e.g. SQL queries, code analysis etc.) with basic understanding of software engineering
- Previous technical development experience is a plus
- Technical experience with collaboration tools and platforms such as Jira/ gitlab, sharepoint, confluence is highly desirable
