Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a Sr. Engineer, Business Planning 高級企劃工程師.

You will be responsible for setting up the reasonable coverages of raw material, WIP, and finish good inventory, and review the supply plan of vendor, and our MPS, then control the inventory of every section in the moderate level and keep the production smoothly operated, then meet the sales target. 負責制定原物料，在製品，以及成品的合理庫存量，並且檢視調整供應商的供貨計畫和內部生產計劃以控制每一個階段的存貨量保持在合理的水準，並確保生產計劃以及營運目標可以順利達成。

What you will be doing:

• To set up the reasonable coverages of inventory based on business status 根據訂單狀況及營運計畫制定合理的存貨目標
  
• Review and adjust the supply plan of raw material vendor and make sure our inventory is in moderate level 檢視調整原物料供應商的供貨計畫以確保存貨保持在合理水準
  
• Review and adjust our internal MPS to make sure WIP inventory is in moderate level 檢視調整內部生產計畫以確保在製品存貨保持在合理水準
  
• To monitor the delivery of vendor to secure on time supply of raw material 掌控供應商供貨狀況以確保原物料準時達交
  
• Provide material and inventory related report for management purpose 因應管理層需要，提供原物料以及存貨相關報表
  
• To support new material and inventory management project 支援原物料以及存貨管理新專案
  

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Management 大學以上，工程、管理相關科系
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning, Industry Engineering, and supply chain management related function, preferably from semiconductor industry 五年以上企劃、工業工程、供應鏈管理相關領域，半導體產業尤佳
  
• Expertise of Microsoft Excel and Access and data base management tool 精熟相關資料庫管理程式
  
• Good command in English speaking、listening、reading and writing 英文聽說讀寫通順
