- To create comprehensive service guidelines for operational processes and effectively manage all aspects of insurance operations and service standards to achieve compliance and legality objectives.
- To manage the everyday operations of insurance sales in Taiwan, including relationship with insurance product suppliers, applications processing, and insurance customer service team.
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of insurance sales in Taiwan. This includes managing the relationship with insurance product providers and handling application processing.
- To review and comment customer complaint
- To maintain the qualifications of insurance sales, including examinations, registration, and on job trainings, to ensure that the qualification of insurance sales comply within regulations.
- Maintaining relationships with regulator and other key financial bodies within the Country to ensure regulatory compliance when implementing products in the Country.
- University graduated or above
- Experiences of working in Banking/Insurance industry. A detailed knowledge of the structure of insurance operation is essential.
- Strong knowledge of insurance product and underwriting rules
- Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization and external groups
