We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in launching their career in the hospitality industry and gaining hands-on experience in Food and Beverage operations at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the setup and preparation of dining areas for service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner, following proper etiquette.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the Food and Beverage outlets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Studying in Hospitality Management, or related field (2nd year above preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
