In this role you will be responsible to lead, execute and implementation of Kerry Global Food Safety and Sanitation Program at the Kerry Thailand, while being the close point of contact for Regional Food Safety team, and assist site Quality Manager for managing and escalations related to the Food Safety and Sanitation matter.

Reporting to : Quality Manager ( Based in Bangpoo)

About the role
In this role you will be responsible to lead, execute and implementation of Kerry Global Food Safety and Sanitation Program at the Kerry Thailand, while being the close point of contact for Regional Food Safety team, and assist site Quality Manager for managing and escalations related to the Food Safety and Sanitation matter.
Work Location : Bangpoo - Thailand
Reporting to : Quality Manager ( Based in Bangpoo)
Key responsibilities
- This position will be involved in deploying Kerry Global Food Safety and Sanitation Program at manufacturing site in liaison with the Regional Food Safety Team.
- The role will also be responsible for implementing those standards within site in conjunction with site cross functional team.
- Compliance to Corporate Hygienic Design, Food Safety, Sanitation and HSE standards
- Conduct Risk Assessments in relation to Food Safety
- Key contact person with Regional Food Safety, Regulator and relevant regional team in regard to regulatory, customer compliance relating to Food Safety.
- Ensure Microbiological and Allergen Cleaning & Sanitation validations for all cleaning mechanisms (CIP, COP, ACS)
- Manage and lead investigation for food safety incidents / adverse event in line with site Quality manager and site leadership, follow as per Global escalation protocols to enable appropriate level of decision making.
- Engage and establish relationships with cross-functional leaders toward enhancement of Food Safety Culture into plant operations.
- Establish and deploy Food Safety related training and execute at site manufacturing.
- Plan and execute Food Safety Cultural program for the site collaboration with site cross-functional team
- Prepares reports, presentations, operational documents, and other communications containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content related to Food Safety and Sanitation activities subject to review and editing by higher-level staff members
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years leading experience any of these field - Sanitation & Hygiene / Food Safety / Quality System experience in an Quality role.
- Experience with prerequisite programs, HACCP, Hazard analysis, risk assessments with
- A Qualified Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Engineering/Microbiology or related disciplines.
- English at business communication level.
- Microsoft office program skill (SAP experience will be advantage).
- Minimum travelling within SEA.

- Understand, interpret, and apply policies and procedures.
- Learn and effectively utilized specialized knowledge to improve Food Safety standard at site.
- A change agent. Energized by making a difference and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Results focus, service delivery mindset. Must be effective in cross-functional working. Gather pertinent facts and data, make thorough analyses, and arrive at sound conclusions.
