Supervise HR team at site on HR related issues.

Process on recruitment, liaise with agencies and Department of Employment, and handle about pre-medical check up for new staffs.

Ensure that all new staff attended the induction program.

Ensure that all HR admin support delivered to others i.e.

prepare the required documents, arrange the employee profile, update HR database, etc.

Prepare the HR report or any related report as required

Organize both in-house and public training and development at site, and development projects as clients site requested.

Liaise with HR team at head office or other concerned parties about company benefits and welfares i.e. social security, compensation fund, provident fund, annual medical check up, leaves, insurances, uniform, etc.

Correct the warning letter for misconduct cases at site.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน :

1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields.
2. At least 3-4 years working experience in Human Resources fields within Transportation environment or logistics or within factory.
3. Knowledge of the Labor Act is mandatory.
4. Must have good computer skills in MS Office, Internet and E-mail.
5. Good command of English language both spoken and written skills.
6. Able to work 6 days a week and based at clients DC, Pratoonam Pra-in then move to Tpark Wangnoi 2
