We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Officer to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role involves supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and facilitating a smooth employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Chinese being a plus to better support our multilingual workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to integrate new hires effectively.

• Employee Relations:

- Address employee inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.

• Payroll & Benefits Administration:

- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in records.

• Compliance & Policy Management:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

• Performance Management:

- Support the performance review process, including tracking evaluations and goal-setting.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related issues.
Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in general HR, preferably in a multinational company.
• Languages:

- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

• Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Thai labor laws.
